Weigh in will be 9-10:30am on show day. There will also be an opportunity to weigh/check in from 6-7pm the evening prior to the show for those wishing to do so. Please let us know if you plan to check in on Friday night. Show starts at noon.
Health Checks
Pigs showing symptoms of active illness (persistent cough/diarrhea or infectious skin lesions) may be asked to remain on the trailer.
Other Information
This show is not open to out-of-state exhibitors this year. All entries, changes and payment must be completed on showman.app by the entry deadline. No entries are accepted the day of the show.

Cherry Pie Extravaganza
This is a quad open, quad youth show, with specialties held at the Ike Hamilton, 501 Mane Street, West Monroe, LA on February 14, 15, 2025. The facility is indoor, fully heated and the dirt floor will be hard packed.

Pre-entry deadline is Monday February 10, 2025, 10 pm. Late entry deadline via email is Thursday, February 13, 2025 noon time. Day of show entries accepted Friday evening, February 14, 2025, and until 7:30 am Saturday, February 15, 2025.
Building open at 1 pm. Check in begins 3 pm Friday, February 14, 2025 . Friday evening specialties begin at 5 pm. An all breed open/youth begins at approximately 7 pm.
Judges, specialties, all breed shows planned show schedule, and breeds sanctioned are on the show flyer.
Ear number changes, gender changes and class changes for FBRC hosted shows are $1.00 per rabbit, per show, and are allowed upon check in Friday and before the second all breed has begun on Saturday. Changes can be made by secretary or show super.
When you receive your check in sheets via email, please check EACH PAGE for errors and send corrections back to secretary for correction. Correcting errors before paper work is printed greatly helps the check in process at show.

Exhibitors that enter but do not attend the shows will be billed and not allowed to enter future FBRC shows until bill is paid. Exceptions may be made for emergencies and unforeseen illness. This will be enforced for repeat offenders.

Our registrar TBA. Please bring your ARBA card, complete pedigree with weights and $6.00 per rabbit to be registered. Please bring a copy of pedigree that the registrar can keep. If you also want your animal granded, bring an additional $4.00 and three printed grand champion legs, with at least one being an intermediate or senior leg, and from at least two different judges.
The only animals allowed in the building are rabbits, cavies, service dogs and raffle animals.
If you are not entered in the show, you cannot sale animals at the show or on show grounds. Any rabbits sold by entered exhibitors must be at least 8 weeks of age and make minimum weight for the breed.
There will be a $1.00, one time charge per exhibitor for breakdown/clean up drawings. This will be seen on your check in sheets.
Set up begins Friday morning. We would appreciate help.
There will be drawing/s for breakdown for those that stay until breakdown is complete.
We reserve the right to add, reduce or change judges if the need arises.

PLEASE NOTE - NO REFUNDS for any reason. Once you enter and pay your fees no refunds will be given. If you protest the payment of your fees with your financial institution because you want a refund, you will forfeit your opportunity of entering any other HOT show in the future.
