Health papers WILL be required for admittance onto the grounds. Please consult with your veterinarian or the Dept of Agriculture website for any and all pertinent information and requirements. Any and all questions regarding this should be directed to your local vet and/or STATE Division of Animal Industry.

Please review your Showman App entries carefully. Classes will be posted on the Showman App ONLY. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Refund Policy

PLEASE NOTE - NO REFUNDS for any reason. Once you enter and pay your fees no refunds will be given. If you protest the payment of your fees with your financial institution because you want a refund, you will forfeit your opportunity of entering any other HOT show in the future.

Judging begins at 9am Entries are open for the first 100 large fowl & 265 Bantam APA-ABA recognized breeds and varieties.

Deadline to enter December 7th, Mail entry forms and fees to PO BOX 532 Jourdanton, TX 78026. ONLY MAIL-IN ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED BY 12/07/24.

ALL ENTRIES MUST INCLUDE CURRENT PT PAPERS.
